I started close to the interface and gradually took wider responsibility for architecture, product decisions, quality systems and team development. Frontend remains my main discipline.
I joined Everli with a specific mission to help modernise its customer-facing frontend and progressed from Frontend Developer through Senior Frontend Engineer to Staff Frontend Engineer as my responsibility expanded across architecture, shared frontend systems, white-label multi-tenant UI work, product delivery, quality and team support.
Migration architecture
Co-designed an incremental migration of the customer-facing e-commerce application from Angular to Vue, avoiding a high-risk big-bang rewrite while normal product delivery continued.
Built the custom Angular directive and integration layer that allowed Angular routing to render existing Angular views or new Vue pages from a shared component library.
Turned the migration into small production releases, with Vue views and complete pages being delivered during my onboarding rather than after the full rewrite.
Built and evolved the component workflow around Vue CLI, Storybook, unit and snapshot tests, mocked API states and shared review with design.
Migrated the product section by section until Angular was used mainly for routing and application-shell responsibilities.
Helped move routing, session handling, page-level components and application state into Nuxt, consolidating the component-library workflow and enabling Angular to be fully retired.
Later contributed to rebuilding the customer-facing frontend on Nuxt, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
